What you send us. The inquiry form on the Contact page and the order list (Your order) send nothing themselves. Each opens an email in your own mail app, addressed to info@hajjogroup.com, with what you typed written in: your name, your shop or company, your country, your email address, your telephone number, the designs, the number of series and your message.

Nothing leaves your device until you press send in your mail app. The site has no server that receives or stores what you type. Once your email reaches us, we hold it, with your email address and everything else in it.

Where you found us. If you came to this site from another site, or through a link with a source tag (utm_source), the last line of the email draft reads "Found us through:" followed by that site or tag, for example google.com. It names the site only, never the page you were reading. You see the line in the draft and can delete it before you send.

What your browser sends. As with any website, the server that delivers these pages receives your IP address, your browser and device type, the page asked for and the time, and keeps them in its standard server logs.

What we do not collect. There are no accounts or passwords on this site and it takes no payment, so we never see a card number. It sets no cookies and carries no analytics or advertising tags.

The server logs are kept to deliver the site and protect it from misuse. The site has no newsletter.

Google Fonts. The typeface of this site loads from Google's font service (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser asks Google for it, so Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google's own privacy policy covers what it does with them.

Google Maps. Only if you press Open the map. The map opens on Google's site, under Google's privacy policy.

Email. Your mail app and your email service send your email. Our email service delivers it to info@hajjogroup.com and stores it. Email service: To confirm

Telephone. When you call Ali Hajjo or Nicholas Derydt, the telephone companies carry the call, and your number shows on our phone unless you hide it.

Other sites. The links to hajjogroup.com, hajjomanufacturing.com, nilewool.com and hajjo.store leave this site. What those sites collect is covered by their own pages, not by this one.

This site sets no cookies. It keeps a few small notes in your own browser, and they do not leave your device on their own:

• Your order list: the designs and the number of series you add, so the list survives a reload and a return visit. It stays until you empty it or clear your browser.
• Your theme, light or dark, once you press the theme button.
• For this visit only, cleared when you close the tab: where you found us (the site or source tag above), and a mark that lets the next page open with its sideways movement.

The order list and the "Found us through" line reach us only inside an email you choose to send.

You can clear or block this storage in your browser settings. If you block it, the order list cannot keep your designs; name them in an email to us instead.

We do not sell your details, and we do not rent them or trade them.

Your email reaches the people at Hajjo Group who handle Bolmandi inquiries and orders. Beyond them, the services named above see only what they need to carry the site and the email. We give details to the authorities only where the law requires it.

We keep inquiry emails and order records for as long as we need them to answer you, to handle an order, to settle a dispute and to meet our legal duties. Records we no longer need are deleted.
